As someone who last year got hit by an 84-year old woman that ran a red light, drove through 4 lanes of traffic, hit me and still didn't stop, I strongly agree.

I went from doing nearly 2 hour round trips in usually bad, often horrible traffic each day to 8-14 minutes total (depending on how long stop light cycle is that day) and it was an amazing difference.

Soooooooo why isn't someone going to jail for fraud? If this petition is supposed to have some effect in law, the penalty for tampering with it should be substantial. Or is that only a concern when it's supposedly brown people doing it?
