@allthegossip: Starbucks makes good money off their toilets. At least from me. When I'm driving from Moscow, ID to the Seattle area, I always stop in Ellensburg, WA to refuel, and the Starbucks bathroom there is the only one I'll touch, but I felt guilty using it without making a purchase so I always buy something

@queenhobart: True, unchecked, an population like this could happen in just months.

Many, if not all of these rats that were healthy enough, were transported around the country for adoption. Many of them have found wonderful homes and I suspect each of them has learned to be a warm, doting companion.

@shorty63136: I think my first call might be to the police in a case like that, and I imagine BoA would be more receptive to a call from law enforcement (not only that, they'd likely have access to contact information for the bank manager).

@daniel2001: Not only is route familiarity useful, but if I'm going on a long trip, I often find better routes than the GPS suggests and add via points to my navigator to follow that route. The GPS usually only seems to take into account distance/probable speed limit when calculating short/fast routes, which doesn't

I don't think I've ever had this problem with any of the Garmin/TomTom units I've used or with Google nav on my phone. If I'm going somewhere I don't know, I give the directions a cursory glance to make sure they at least look logical, and I don't think they've ever been particularly out-of-whack, except for some

@PhillyLass: A couple Octobers ago I was inundated by Pro-Prop-8 status updates by my Aunt, a Californian currently on her 4th marriage. I almost snapped.

@CSX321: I used to do it with the Conan Alligator YTMND a lot.

@SkipErnst: At the same time, won't a patient who has been given something that they -think- works by a Doctor who may not be aware of other treatments stop pursuing the actual treatment for their ailment?

Last week I was at my in-laws house for the day, and I needed to drop a deuce. The bathroom upstairs is long and narrow, with the toilet at the far end facing the wall with only a little more than a foot of clearence. Recently, they chose narrow vertical striped wallpaper. When i sat down I tried to focus on the

@mykola: And how exactly do you think it ended up that way? Coincidence?

@XTOTHEL: It could be something like that, I used to hang dry clothes sometimes when I lived in Western Washington and they always dried nice and soft, but when I dry them in Idaho with our crappy well water, they dry like planks of wood. And they smell funny.

@ChaiLatte: Pfft, that's an every day occurrence in my life. They just might not realize it.

@Chrysocolla: Our neighbors named all their dogs after presidents they admired. When they got a dog that turned out to be a bit of a "bad seed" they renamed him Nixon.

@valgerth: He never argued that it wasn't illegal or that they didn't have the right to do it, just that it's a stupid move and they're shooting themselves in the foot by deciding to make accessing the content more difficult and costly.

@Aaron Martin: With the recent goings on, even blurring out internal IPs is probably a good idea!

@Ted: Awesome, thanks for the tips!

@Se7en_speed: Not sure I'd suggest eating it though, who knows what delicious toxins were introduced.

@TheClap: That's what I'm buying one for.
