@illegalseagull: Smithies know how to riot. Ryan Sorba is still traumatized by his experience there nearly 2 years ago. My wife was one of the protesters at that event, and I'm so proud.

@mrmuskrat: I was about to post those. I live in the rainy northwest and always keep a couple of those in my bag. They work great and have a drawstring enclosure for the lens side, so you can tighten it down around the end of the lens (I tighten it around the middle of the lens hood).

Is that Comic Sans?

@modestmouse: See, that's the problem. If it wasn't for the App store's ridiculously poor navigation, this whole thing would be irrelevant. You could have a million fart apps and it wouldn't change anything. Instead of improving the app store itself, they're taking the easy way out and just rejecting apps.

@SmartedPander: I don't know what your class situation is like, but some of the chairs at my old school were really uncomfortable for long periods so I ended up standing part of the time against the back of the class or against the side walls, away from my desk, bringing a book or notepad with me if necessary. I was

@zeroprime: I was bouncing my leg when I read this and then realized I was bouncing my leg again.

@badmutha: I do too! But I've never read the book.

@n3rt: I bought my mom an AeroPress a couple years ago. She's been drinking coffee daily for a good 45 years now, and I knew the AeroPress made a great cup pretty simply.

@Dana Jordan: This is what I came here to say. I was staying in Orlando recently and was pretty thirsty but had just been driving for 18 hours and didn't feel like going out to find something to drink. I turn on the tap water and take a sip with a cup and instantly spit it out. I know it's perfectly safe and all,

@Athensjail: I'm not convinced she actually eats the animals she kills.

@88i88: There was plenty of space when I was at Smith's commencement in '08. I mean, yeah, many of us were standing (usually those with cameras), but if you get there early there's plenty of seating available.

@pmerrick: Congratulations to your sister! My wife's a Smithie, graduated in 2008. She'll be at commencement this year to see a few of her friends.

@cayton: At first I thought you were referring to that Colin Farrel flick, which would be ridiculous.

@acidrain69: My computer and the family computer both had ME for at least a year and I don't recall any bluescreens. Of course they weren't brand new at the time so maybe there weren't issues with brand new drivers.

@Midnite1: Max out at 1GB? Weird, my Mini9 has 2GB in it, I better let it know it's doing something wrong.

@Dafrety: :( I liked WinMe, I never had a problem with it.

@clairedeloony: Greyhound of the skies! is what I've always called them.

@Swimatm: I was about to say basically the same thing. My first digital camera was some 2.4 (I think) MP model from Olympus which cost me $400 in 2001. By today's standards it's a brick, with its tiny, low-res LCD on the back. But every time I go back and look at pictures I took with it, I realize it was a great

@EndangeredRed: for me to...crap on? Just doesn't have the same ring!
