Nespresso will send you a self-addressed, postage paid UPS bag to ship the pods back for recycling. They are really into the recycling thing... There is no excuse for not recycling them.
A quick phone call to Nespresso and they’ll send you a free UPS mailer into which you toss the used pods. When it’s full, seal and drop into a UPS box. Yes, the truck uses fuel, road wear, whatever. But my morning latte costs a fraction of that at the coffee shop and I didn’t have to drive there.
