Their AfterGlow controllers for 360 seem to do just fine. Also, if you get tired of the lights, there's a switch on them. I don't imagine they'd remove this in the Xbox One version.

Origin is fine. As far as I know the differences between it and Steam are sales, amount of games, color scheme, features. Honestly, Origin is more aesthetically pleasing than Steam too.
