I still have this book. I was actually looking at it yesterday. I have played FF9 since it came out, since I still have the original disks, decided to break it out. Its pretty awful. But now it will be a book that I will forever cherish.

That does not seem right. I got it as well with the recommended specs and it has worked quite flawlessly. Except for the awful controls, it runs great.
