It’s the fact he comes from Chicago, which has a tradition of selling political offices.

And my comment was that he really doesn’t grant pardons. I didn’t say he didn’t grant commutations. So, given my argument was about pardons, the fact he has the lowest number of pardons ever proves my point.

He didn’t really start until 2016, and even then he’s not really granting pardons. Plenty of commutations, but he is quite possibly the most difficult President in American history to get a pardon from.

And you have no idea what the hell you’re talking about. Obama’s only been active in it in 2016.
