I loved her clothes! They were so fun and it was nice to see someone who had this over the top style and just exist.....she could walk into any situation wearing the most ridiculous thing and no one cared.

Well.....glamorous is a stretch. When I watched the documentary I was always slightly baffled but also jealous that her hair was always a disaster and she didn’t seem to care at all. lol
The HBO Documentary (I will def read the book now) is pretty telling as well. She knew full well the machines didn’t work, she knew full well they were using other labs to do their testing, that the one-drop thing wasn’t working, that people - some who were very sick - were getting results based on completely wrong…
I’m sure Nike didn’t like the general public response, but slapping Satanic imagery on someone else brand - and publicly showing that brand in the promotional push.....usually won’t end well. (This same arthouse made “Jesus Shoes” with no celebrity push behind it and the Nike logo was censored in all promotional…
Yep, same here. I know many people who did that, as you said, it’s not unusual at all.
While I do believe Britney has legitimate mental health issues (wether that requires the most intensive and strict conservatorship known to man to mange those issues — that another story, lol) ....I’m pretty sure it’s a lot easier to convince a judge that a women is so crazy that she can’t control her own life, rather…
I love that J.K. Simmons has voiced the yellow M&M for like 20 years.
Yeah.....I mean it’s hard to say this stuff because she’s not here, and I’m sure she would have tried again and probably even found parts that fit her, but that movie was BAD. I was so excited for it because Jet Li too.
I remember the entire thing...from the first sight of her on MTV to the crash. She was so so very talented and just one of the people you see and they just are different. You can’t really put your finger on it, but they just have something different. And the sound Timberland created for her was beyond perfect....it…
(So, I’m not upset, this is just a fun thing to debate. If we were in a bar I’d be laughing and having a good time with this convo, lol)
Totally agree. As I said above....Kit wanted it more and she got it.
Why would Dottie, who had her sister pulled from a game, told the opposing pitcher that she couldn’t hit certain pitches, called her a little shit for whining about being traded (where Kit flourished)....why would Dottie do that? From the start she wanted Kit to get the hell out of her shadow and stop being a brat and…
This was a person who literally had her sister pulled from a game, gave away the fact she couldn’t hit high ones to the opposing team, called her a little shit in front of the team when she was pouting about being traded, and was painfully honest with her from day one about everything. Also Kit flourished when she was…
This is very true! But I also think maybe she was so rattled by the fact that she knew she was going to get absolutely slammed by Kit, she gripped the ball with her hand and was pressing it into the glove, which would have resulted in her loosing her grip and dropping it.
I think that they didn’t stay close because Kit chose to stay and play, traveled, saw the county, and probably settled someplace, which is what she always wanted. :)
My grandfather had some issues...manageable issues, but issues nonetheless. My dad was always talking him down from some conspiracy, or listening to him rant on about whatever person or thing had wronged him that day...but my dad was his only real audience. I can’t imagine what would have happened to him mentally if…
Trump’s ego will never let him believe this...but it really SHOULD be an eye opener that his “people” only liked him because he gave them the excuse to do and say whatever they wanted. If it wasn’t Trump, I might even feel bad that he was used like that but thought it was admiration.
I’m referring to what was “socially acceptable”.
Of course. But he’s apparently a master manipulator. I can assume she just believed what he told her. Why wouldn’t you? This is your spouse, someone you love, someone you’ve been with for many years.
I don’t know why people are so shocked that she didn’t know what was going on.
