I think you are right. We’ve seen in the past prosecutors try to charge for murder in these cases and the person gets off, so I think we are seeing that shift to them going for the lesser charge, which sucks, but its one that all but (hopefully) guarantees that person will see jail time.

Jokes aside.....what happened to her? Is it age? Trauma? Dementia? Because she’s the entire opposite of the Rosanne Barr that most people my age (40's/50's) know.
