I mean, if I’ve learned anything while I’ve been reading gaming news on the internet is that it’s always Jason Schreier’s fault.

As somone who thinks that Are You Afraid of The Dark is perhaps the best way to present horror to children and young adults, I can wholeheartedly say:
If you mean using “ship/shipping” to describe this stuff, that’s been around about two decades, at least.
To be fair to that captioner, at least they didn’t just make it up.
It’s a type of dagger or knife, and yes, it’s emulating exactly what you think it’s emulating.
I think we’re going to have to agree to disagree on this. Clearly, you’re reading or viewing media in a way I am not, or I am looking at things entirely differently than what you’ve experienced. Those two things in mind, we’re not going to convince each other.
I didn’t say they don’t want us to upgrade. Of course they do.
IIRC, emulators have taken DMCA claims and stuff to court before. One emulator dev with a really weird sounding name like Biffle or Bimmer or something like that won its case. The only LEGAL RoMs, though, are a copy made from an original that -you- own. So if you have a disk of a game, the only legal copy you can have…
PS4 classic owner here, couldn’t buy a pro even if I wanted to.
As someone who generally doesn’t buy DLC for games (since Borderlands 1 even,) I can say that Nioh is the most complete game out-of-the-box, but also, it’s DLC is more like the Expansion packs of the old days. Adds so much content that I would say that the publisher is doing this DLC business the right way.
I read this article waaay wrong the first time, even though I went over it multiple times before my original post.
I really don’t think this shit is the right move.
The “You don’t have to pay” argument is bullshit of the first order. I’d recommend you stop using it. If somone buys the game, they’re giving consent to that bullshit, because publishers don’t look at anything but sales. And it sucks for those of us who loved the first Mordor game, but don’t want to support the…
Pay to win is a problem in Shadow of War because 1). Like you said, when it’s in F2P games, they’re balanced to encourage paying. It’s no different in a single-player context. Not only is the game balanced to encourage you to spend money on it, but you’ve ALREADY paid 60$ for the damn game.
You’re doing the Lord’s work there, friend.
I feel like the only person of color in the entire world who likes Cracker Barrel.
It’s not defending anything. Nothing there is factually incorrect. Miller did, in fact, say there was more to it than what was on the video. Yesha doesn’t condone any of this. In fact, if anything, Yesha not only casts doubt on Miller’s story, but also suggests that Miller’s hubby is a baby-back-bitch.
A: What in the Entire Fuck.
Fuck Yesha for quoting what one person said someone else said?
I wouldn’t ever play this. Ever.
