Going into a GS (EB Games in Canada) is just depressing now. In my closest store, less than half of the store is actual games, consoles or accessories. The rest of the store is crap from ThinkGeek.  And let’s be real, 90% of the stuff is crap.

I remember when Ross and Holly announced that they were separating, and it was something about her not liking where they were living, something to the effect of her needing to be near more trees.  It sounded like a pretty weak cover at the time.

Ooh, that tone. My parents both have that time, but it could be anything from the dog died to the computer isn’t working.

When I was a kid, the first scary game I ever played was Resident Evil 2. I rented the N64 version with some saves already on it. I was not particularly good at this game, so I tried some of the other saves. I remember walking into a room, hearing either zombies or a licker hissing, turning around, and walking right

FF8 was my first Final Fantasy and I loved it when I was a kid. On my second and third playthroughs, the Squall/Rinoa arc grew more and more tedious and as an adult, I look back and cringe on romantic the whole thing seemed. Dude’s a douche and still got the girl in the end.

Til they’re in their late 20s and realize

It’s not just first accident forgiveness.  It’s when you get in an accident over and over and over and over.......

By switching to State Farm, I got to pay almost twice what I did with those OTHER insurance companies. But I get this cute lil insurance agent! Thanks State Farm!

It doesn’t matter to them. In their eyes, they’re the good guys. Nobody’s the bad guy in their own story.

You’re acting like cops don’t go through enough firearms training. They go through a tonne of it. And SWAT even more, but your average beat cop does get a lot of training in the use of firearms. The problem is that they also live and work in a culture where they come face to face with people who will kill them. And

I used to play D&D every Saturday. Knew one of the guys was pretty rough around the edges, because I worked with him. And I figured that was just 5e way he was with me and with his friends. And the rest of the group was super nice and supportive. We all kind of gave each other shot for certainly things, but it was all

I used to work with a guy who would rather watch you drown than get his hands wet. He’d then tout how useless everyone was. Every time somebody screwed up, I’d try to turn it into a teachable lesson. It’s exhausting, but it’s better than being miserable all the time.

Almond Milk is a good choice for the lactose intolerant too. I find that lactose free milk has a very very sweet taste, and if the powder I’m using is already pretty sweet, the whole shake becomes too sweet. Also, lactose free milk is expensive as hell.

Getting in shape is 80% diet and 20% what you do in the gym. It’s a shame that your taste preferences didn’t get taken into account though. If you don’t like what you’re eating, there’s a really good chance that you won’t stick with it.

Depending on what the schedule is like, I will grab a protein drink before hitting the gym in the morning. I like Vega brand, but it’s expensive as hell. Six Star and Pure Protein are good for taste and texture. Or I’ll say f-it and drink an Ice Capp :)

are you referring to the powder or the bottled drink? I get this with Slim Fast and other protein powders, but never with the actual bottled drinks.

So happy that this is finally getting ready to air. Arin and Danny have talked a lot about it during their show, and you can tell that they’ve put a lot of time and effort into it, from their acting classes to just shooting. There are some episodes where they sound absolutely exhausted. Hopefully it does well!

I’ve seen these behaviours in myself and in my colleagues in the last few months. Showing up late (or right on time) and generally just having a shitty attitude. I’ve been with this company for five years, and I realized that I’d reached the glass ceiling. Not impossible to move up, but not very likely to happen.

I had no idea Coke Zero was such a contentious subject. My friends and I love it. Diet Coke tastes like battery acid.

Yeah, he got the shit kicked out of him in that game too. I remember that I was pretty devastated at his OD ending.

Arin has done a lot of talking about what he thinks makes a good game and what doesn’t. Sequelitis delves into it too. and seeing as how often they rip on bad ones, I think this one fares better than Mickey Mousecapades.
