These were welded on a Monday by a hungover robot.

This is a failure of the robotic welding, most likely due to programming but possibly a bad fixture that placed the parts out of the specified range of the weld head. It’s possible other spots are affected too but my guess is this issue is isolated to this weld location.

You say broken weld, I say increased articulation angle.

Its just the frame.
