Fuck yes is right. That comment about it suddenly being 5am and you not realizing how much time has passed is entirely true. It's happened on multiple occasions that I'll have skipped entire meals without noticing while playing Civ. Cannot wait for 5.

Actually, according to the dictionary, both spellings, portmanteaus and pormanteaux, are acceptable.
Also, MadMolecule, your reply is a response to an assertion I did not make, so no worries, you broke nothing to me.

mockumentary?
This doesn't really look a mockumentary at all. It doesn't strike that tone. Waiting for Guffman, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Best in Show - those are mockumentaries.
I think it's going for the whole is it or isn't it a hoax, but relatively straightforward documentary type deal that Banksy did so well in Exit

faygo
wtf is Faygo? lol.

Considering that Betty's only been in a couple of scenes this season, I find the argument that she drags the show down this season in particular kindof baffling. Anyway, I didn't think she was anywhere near as bad as that schoolteacher Don dated last season who I found utterly grating.

The fight scenes in Kurosawa's films must have been an absolute revelation when they were first released. What was comparable in American cinema at the time to the battles in Seven Samurai, Yojimbo, and Hidden Fortress?

But Yojimbo IS in there., under Kurosawa 101.

Seven Samurai is finally coming to BluRay?! The Information, you've made my day.

He's the new Harrison Ford!

Zach Galifianakis
Zach Galifianakis is 40?! But he still feels so new…

Paths of Glory
Phenomenal underrated film that is often forgotten when listing off Kubrick's greats. Even early on, it's got a lot of the classic Kubrick tropes.

F is for Fun!
The F's continue coming in the summer of suck, but has a book ever gotten an F before?

"Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself. Mankind. Basically, it's made up of two separate words—-'mank' and 'ind'. What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind."

More importantly
Does Mary Louise Parker wink at anyone else or am I imagining this? Seriously I could swear this has happened a couple of times…

Uncle Hercules is right. Richie just happened to drop by during the day. Tony's housekeeper's husband wouldn't be at the normal family functions Richie would normally have attended. So it's definitely plot convenience as opposed to a reflection on Tony or his actions.

and a fine thread title it is sir.

"I do wonder if this little arc of theirs might have played out better over a few episodes, with the two of them realizing that their chances of moving up in the organization were pretty slim and they had to do something big."

Catholicism
"It's a storyline that's played for laughs for much of its run, but it's also a good example of just how little self-reflection Tony and Carmela are truly willing to do. To reflect more deeply on themselves would create a situation where they might have to call into question the choices they've made in
