One of the coolest things about The Sopranos is the subtle character traits like this one that aren't spelled out, but add to the realism. Tony indeed does watch the history channel throughout the series. Also The Sopranos have certain products and brands that they like and stick to, like how they always drink coke…
Finally
some Glee news I can get behind
hmm
But can Dreamworks do justice to the extensive troll mythology? I mean, not only do they have crazy hair, but it also comes in different colors. I think there's just too much there for 1 movie.
Here's hoping for the Troll Trilogy.
me too. It does sound like an interesting mess. I don't know that a show has ever done meta humor like that, and there is potential there, if done well. What comes closest is the characters wake up and realize they're on a set like that Eerie Indiana episode Noel reviewed earlier.
SuperHero Movie
might as well be the name of this movie. It's amazing how generic it looks. You were right, Sean; it hits all those familiar beats. Where's the Gondry whimsy? Perhaps they're just not showing it in the trailer because they can't really sell the movie on it, but man, does this look terribly…
Avatar: The Last Airbender
I don't really have much faith in the upcoming movie, but this series is one of the best animated shows you will ever see. Best of all it tells 1 complete epic story in it's 3 seasons that feels pretty well planned out, as does the amazing world that the show takes place in. Definitely watch…
hmm, I thought I was being a total original with that well-thought-out joke I'd been working on since Happy Town premiered. Well I guess it's true then, great minds do think alike.

Saw this last night
The midnight showing was packed. This movie is going to be huge. Anyway I knew I was going to like it as I love the first two. I didn't realize I would walk out of the theater thinking it was one of the best films in Pixar's canon.
The new characters, the action, the story, it all works really well.…
yes! I remember that episode. Also the Twilight Zone did this a few times, I believe, but most memorably in A World of Difference:
There's a shoutout to Imperioli's role in Goodfellas coming up in the episode "The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti"
the sound is off when the girl says fuck you tho. That's always distracted me. But yes, good scene.
Adriana LaCerva FTW. Especially after that tennis episode. And a handful of women that Tony sleeps with including Irina, Gloria, Valentina, and Christopher's Vegas chick in that one episode where Tony trips on mescaline in the desert.
Oooh Sopranos links, I've always thought this was probably the best thing MadTv ever did: http://www.youtube.com/watc…
Yeah I always found it really interesting when the show was airing that much of the talk from the media and general populace was about who was gonna get whacked, as if these were the things that drove the series. I never quite understood why anybody approached The Sopranos that way, especially in the last season. It…
Halle Berry IS Bilbo Baggins.
Metal Gear Solid 4
MGS4 came bundled with the PS3 when I bought it so I played it. I'd never played the previous games, so I didn't expect to get a lot of the story, but damn if that wasn't the most convoluted story I've ever had to follow in any medium. I didn't understand a single thing that was going on in that…
