Part-out.
Great article! I find it fascinating how many different aspects of a car are taken into account by a massive group of people when it comes to design and engineering. More articles like this please!
Looks yummy *thumbs up*
Such a crime :(
At least Toyota is trying....I’m looking at you Nissan
While that may be a fairly honest mistake, it still bothers me that he was cleared of any and all charges. While there may have been no physical/mental impairments or malicious intent, he still made a mistake that had devastating results.
I’m not bewildered by the speed so much as I am him forgetting his location. Hence my quotations.
Hold up...he accelerated up to 106mph because he “forgot where he was”? I mean...really?
You have to factor in scale. Your power brick or phone charger doesn’t take up a 14' space and weighs over two tons.
Higher powers REALLY need to work on standardizing electric vehicle charging stations or this whole electric thing is going to be a shitshow down the road. I don’t look for Subaru-specific gas stations to fill up my 04 Impreza.
I agree, what did knobs ever do to anyone? Besides work as intended?
I saw the Yugo today! Makes me wish I visited last weekend :( Not gonna lie though, coming on a week day was way less stressful from a show-going standpoint.
That sounds quite orgasmic.
Love the red interior. The world needs more boldly colored interiors, I’m tired of feeling like I’m sitting in a basement in so many cars.
I have to pass through two single-lane roundabouts and two double-lane ones. The singles are fine, and would work WAY better if everyone signaled when they were leaving the circle so those of us yielding could to just that: yield. Instead of stop to figure out where they’re going. The double lane ones...idk, some days…
Will any of the Jalopnik staff be around the show on the 20th? I took a day off work to Amtrak my way down from my VT town of 2,000 people and get lost in a sea of shiny new sheet metal for the day. I’d love to say hey!
I would’ve kept my Honda Fit if it offered a more comfortable driving position for me (or if I was 10" shorter,) that car was great for zipping around town in and it felt yuge inside! All the car I needed and then some. If I didn’t fall completely head over heels for a BRZ 2 years ago I probably would still be driving…
I guess it’s easy to smile when it’s not your personal car.
This is depressing. I wish I had something witty to add, but I’ve got nothing.
