Since my main bike is a 180HP Super Duke R that I am about to dig into the motor on. The main reason that I didn’t go after the H2 (street version) was that I had just bought the KTM....and I love that KTM.

That is why you condition the leather. You don’t need that stupidly expensive motorcycle jacket crap either. Find somewhere that deals with horsetackle. If you have ever watched someone doing a saddle, its the same crap and it takes a TON to do a western saddle. Much cheaper. Conditioned leather, you just redo redo…
Not if you are wearing gear.
So what stops guys from using Monster Rs, 1290 Super Dukes, S1000Rs, and Tuono 1100s and whatnot. All of them are manufactured with a handlebar and are only a bare step behind liter super sports....hell what is to stop someone from putting the S1000RR mill into a R, there you go, 2000hp
Left lane, right track, the idea being to be in the mirrors of the cars ahead of you. Vice versa for the right lane, for the same reason and the simple fact if you need to get out of the lane for a car pulling out.
Right or left depending on conditions of traffic around you.
Youtube it, I know DID whommakes chains for literally everything has a good one.
Me.
On a touring/forward control bike you can ride that way, anything with mid controls or rearsets you should be on the ball of your foot. I wear a size 13, I ride reverse shift for that reason, I catch my toe if the bike is leaned and I need to upshift.
I still cant find shoei or AGVs that fit me right, Shark, Bell, Arai, and Sculthbert all work though. My RX7 is 7 years old and still fits like a glove.....on about the forth set of cheek pads though.
Not a huge fan of my Bell Star, its not great in the wind compared to my Corsair Rx7, X11 or S2, its visor action is sub par, and its by far the loudest of the three, it REALLY roars at speed, and the liner always has strings in my face.
Pretty true, usually just parkinglot speed stuff. Lets face it, the machine needs help at all times to remain upright.
Varies, that bike is going to be faster from 0 till 120 or so, but bikes have the aero of a brick, your girls Accord is more aerodynamic. Bikes will often be faster in corners UNTILL you get into cars with aero packages, any downforce and the car starts winning in corner speed as well.
No need to make a mistake to end up dodging 3000 pound missiles. The difference is there is no such think as a fenderbender on a motorcycle.
To be fair a WSBK spec machine is a lot closer to a MotoGP bike than it is to what you buy on the showroom, basically the only thing left after a super bike build are the cases (displacement and orginal frame are required by homologation)
Correct.
I live in Japan dude. Any car hits me for any reason hes fucked.
It doesn’t. In fact I go out of my way to avoid that sort of thing. I said I can understand the reasoning
Don’t get me wrong dude is a raging douche.
Getting hit by a car jumping the HOV lanes attempted murder? Vehicular homicide?
