Another article about defunding PP, another $10 from me.

I read it as the coffee shop being busy because instead of being out at the bar drinking on a Friday night they’re hanging out at the coffee shop because there’s fuck all else to do. If you don’t drink, or if there’s nowhere to drink, you might socialize at the Starbucks instead of the bar.

Planned Parenthood’s business is only 3% abortion related, but they are the only providers of abortion in many states, so while getting rid of their abortion services wouldn’t hurt the bottom line of many Planned Parenthoods, it would completely destroy abortion access for huge swathes of the country.
