My birthday is the twelfth of January and several years ago I started “the twelve days of (my name sounds a lot like Christ)mas” as kinda a joke. It stuck. My friends and I do a little something everyday to celebrate and it's fun!

Often they aren't, but I still feel weird thinking that parental consent isn't needed for a trip like this. As a parent I would want to go along so I could hear what they were being taught and follow up on it.

Well actually my son’s school takes the physics class to a water park at the end of the year to see the physics of waves. And it would be entirely appropriate to take a physics class to a theme park to study real life application of what they were studying.
