Ugh. Every shot is needlessly sped up by someone who thinks that silent films were all fast and jerky. In their original projection speed they were just as smooth as modern films. It was only when later projected at standard sound speed, which was faster, that they became accelerated.
I can’t imagine why a team located in a city whose flood victims he mocked wouldn’t want to sign him. Truly a harrowing injustice.
