Kass getting demolished by an angry jury would've been kind of great. She was Hantzian in her delusions that it doesn't matter if people like or respect you as long as you just make it to the end.

Most things worth doing are not easy. That 'life changing effort that sucks like hell' will be both of those things. It'll suck like hell but it will also be truly life changing. And after a not-so-long period of time you'll notice it doesn't suck as bad as it used to. Don't give up on yourself.
