This is what’s left after the hypetrain leaves the station.

Got my old Grom all the way up to 71mph. Full tuck, down a REAL big hill. I would not recommend more power on those tiny wheels. 10/10 would ride though...

Maybe they could do a Daewoo and offer buy one get one?

Yes, and it is Phoenix Yellow. The 75' is a 1502 that I imported from The Netherlands. Very little is stock. The engine is almost certianly from a 318 as it’s a 1.8l M10. The intake manifold is too. Beyond that 292 cam twin 40mm Weber DCOEs, OMP buckets and pedals. But we’re definitely splitting hairs here. It’s a

Ive got two bimmers that are definitely rad, but outside of the window (1975, and 2002). Honorable mention?

That last one is pure evil

Having owned 3 of these (and 2 rangers)...NP!

Gemballa is still out there!? I thought it died along with Uwe.

The truth hurts

Yeah! Not a good reason to not like their cars but I feel the exact same way! On the rare occasion that I see one, I’m instantly reminded of that exchange.

You’ll probably remember a few years ago Victor Muller of Spyker did a Q&A on Jalopnik. I forget what I asked him, but it turned into him telling me how a Spyker is more like a house in the Hamptons than a car.

Came here looking for a pic of Mr. Clavey getting out of an old Camry like a BAMF. Leaving disappointed.

I had a PPI last year on an 05' 911 with 100k on the clock that I found at a relatively shady outfit. The shop that did the PPI was really cool. They noticed issues right away brought me back, showed me the oil which looked like glitter paint and a bunch of other red flags.

Agreed. I could see 10 on this if the underside is clean.

My wife has a 17' forester and it really is a great family car. We can get the baby, ourselves, our gear, a 60lb Boxer, and our 160 lb English Mastiff in it and get 25 mpg. It even has 3 pedals. We have a clamshell for the roof for longer trips but it is a great car and we bought it brand new for 22k.

Yeah, the last time I watched anything moto x related (over a year ago) I saw a dude bust a 360 front flip...on a dirt bike. I thought “Oh they’re actually doing the stuff that we used to laugh at in video games.

Yea no way anyone buys a Countryman unless its the only thing their shopping for. I lost it for BMW after the N/A era, and really got into VAG cars right around then so the choice is easy for me. I’m sure the BMW cars are plenty tuneable, but the support/info network for the VAG cars is far better.

Yea and the SQ5 is fuckin awesome haha.

Don’t forget fifty grand!
