I sold my E46 for an E90, but I sold the E46 to a family member, so I can still have a drive every once and a while. I don't think I would have pulled the trigger on the E90 if I had to trade the E46.

I meant for the M5, I've not heard too many bad things about the other 5 series of that vintage, but I have never owned one.

Yep, but you will spend at least twice as much on maintenance.

Great article. Definitely the manual and definitely the coupe!

Taking a speed bump at an angle is easier on the suspension no matter what you drive

I like seeing bad things happen to stanced cars.

My thoughts exactly. "Fuck it guys, throw an M badge on whatever, and lets produce a 2 door coupe, 4 door gran coupe, and sedan in every series."

Thanks! I always forget about ECS, I'm sure they do a similar deal with 9 liters for the E90. I love my E90, but I do miss the simplicity of the E46. I could do without iDrive/that pretentious "put your seat belt on" noise.

hah

Rich people don't piss money away like you're describing, that's how they got rich. You watch too much TV.

I had an E46 M3 for 7 years and put 75k on the clock. In 7 years I had one problem, an ignition coil went bad ($150) installed. It's worth mentioning that I complied with all maintenance requirements, and even the slightest recommendation from my mechanic (BMW shop, not a dealer). It's certainly not cheap

Bav auto is the cheapest I have found, just under $15 shipped. I meant to reference whomever was saying that it's $10/liter.

Well said, especially #1.

Please tell me where I can get 10w60 for less than $15/liter. That is the cheapest that I have seen w/shipping.

You seem to love the fusion, why? I would take your Subaru all day over the fusion.

Funny I don't understand all the love for most other cars.

I'd buy the car for 2 mil but not the driver...

haha

I've driven a 350z, a g35 and a g37, to be fair the g's were automatics. I was impressed by none of them.
