I must say I would have expected a better analysis of the situation from you guys. Opel/Vauxhalls may not be the most exciting of cars but they still have significant market share in Europe, which surely attests to the quality of their products, not to mention that the only Buicks you could call decent are Opels. And

Growing up in Germany, my perspective is more about Opel in its European home market - and that’s a bit different from yours, as you mostly focus on global and US perspectives. The VW Passat and Golf changed European volume cars forever. Until then, Opel was very much in the mix - if you weren’t going to buy a luxury
