Sorry, but bikers are the dumbest people in Texas. They try to justify their juvenile riding behavior when over half of them don’t know how to ride a bike properly. NO, you cannot pass over a double-yellow even if you think it’s safer for bikes to do so. It’s there for a reason dumbasses.
