Yes. I would love to sit face to face with him giving these attributes, then go “one word... Miata.” Totally straight face. Then when he tries to rebutt, put my finger to his lips and whisper “Mi-at-ta.”

Hey can you help me with mine?
Niiiiice! Thank you.
I say it every time a new Cadillac gets reviewed. They HAVE to compete on price against the Germans. I know they don’t want to, but they have to.

But... ours goes to 11. That is one more than 10.
I like that we live in a world where you can cross shop a Mustang and a BMW and it makes sense because they’re both great.
‘X’ means they are gonna give it to ya.
In my experience, car dealers don’t even have the courtesy to reach around and touch my genitals when they go about their business.
“This car is what I look like on the inside” is the most perfect thing I have ever heard to describe this ridiculous hobby of ours. I’m going to look at my fifteen-year-old modded-to-hell Impreza a little differently from now on, ‘cause holy shit, it’s actually my messy innards laid bare in steel and glass and rubber…
“The tint is illegal,” he told me, “but I’ve never gotten pulled over for it.”
Lol, this was killed by the crossover about as much as Prince was killed by an elevator. They both happened to be around the same place at the same time, but we’re ignoring the fact that Prince took more vikes than eighth century england and the verano was so boring, people fell asleep before they could even get the…
This is why the WRC is truly “not relevant” as mentioned in the last WRC related post. The cars we see racing have exactly ZERO relation to road cars. Homologation rules need to come back for these cars to matter to consumers (and fans!), but instead, the new proposals for 2017 is taking a step further from production…
I don’t recall anyone freaking out over 911s, Beetles, Preludes, or Sables...
Or maybe because he put it there then painted over it? It’s not the lack of a grille that people don’t like, it’s that it looks like crap.
No, clear coat is done before the trim badges are put on.
For most cars, yes, it’s silly to remove everything. On some cars that have both a logo and the name brand it’s just too much. Acura/Infiniti seem to be the worst at this. Mine is the top one, but on my g35 and g37 coupes i took for the G35 part as well.
I think there’s a difference in someone debadging the lower trim emblems to “hide their shame”, so to speak, and debadging a cluttered fender/trunk lid.
Don’t saw with the floss, pull it through the adhesive foam, and then you still have to cleanup the half of the adhesive that didn’t come off.
i disagree. definitely be that guy until you can afford it yourself!
