I honestly really like that car. But I like about $45000 of it.

Right, because going into the more-expensive-versions-of-things-that-already-exist-in-the-GM-lineup game has gone so well for Cadillac in the past
Isn’t being CEO of Mitsubishi currently, punishment enough?
MPG is such a backwards measurement as it is; we are quantifying fuel consumption per unit distance (what we really want to know) with a unit showing distance per unit of fuel. The standard measurement of L/100km is a much better measure and we should use that. That way, differences could be quantified logically.
Mustard.
Pretty sure that’s a Hyundai, dude. 😉
Fair enough. I guess on paper they do produce better fuel economy. On paper.
And to crank the awesomeness to the next level, Polestar has taken the 3.0-liter turbo inline-six and six-speed from last year’s Polestar models and punted them into the fiery pits of Mordor. The replacements for 2017: a more powerful version of Volvo’s 2.0-liter twin-charged inline-four mated to an eight-speed…
They’ve dumped two cylinders and that sweet smooth inline six feel for a four banger...
I found a higher res version
If it wasn’t already obvious it’s 100% fake, the photo editor missed a huge detail by not changing the rear-end shadow to reflect a shorter vehicle. Good effort, though.
But then you look at the photos and realise that, in truth, this is merely the golden age of pub facts.
You almost had me? You never had me - you never had your scoot. You’re lucky that ridin the clutch on your two stroke sorority- mobile didn’t blow the welds on the intake! You almost had me?
This is the face of numbed depression, when you wouldn’t mind killing yourself, but it is too much work, so better to bust out the booze, sit on the couch and get pissy at the world.
Those headlights though, I wish Volkswagen would use them on their products for the US.
The new Lambo looks pretty good. What the hell is up with that center console though? The visibility in this thing seems bad enough for every single one of them to end up in a lake.
They’re offering an investment with this 911 R, also. I won’t be so cynical to say that all of the people that have bought these, since they’re already sold out, bought them as an investment. However, I’d be willing to bet that 90%+ of that elite customer base did buy it as an investment.
It's not a Metzger.
I can’t even say I’ll buy one when it depreciates because it will only go up in value.
