Thursday was shit. Friday’s weather was amazing. I took 2200 pics alone on Friday. Today started nice then the rain came around 11 and turned it shitty again. I’ll post some of my 4000+ pics when we get back to the States.

The 360-degree view is neat in my Oculus but the video’s frame rate is shit. Like a fast moving animated GIF more than a smooth video. I couldn’t finish watching it.

Don’t forget F1 in Azerbaijan next week too.

It’s more of a sport than say Figure Skating or Freestyle Skiing. Unlike my examples, Curling can be objectively judged by a list of rules. Anyone can be taught this list of rules and score the matches correctly. Figure Skating scoring requires ‘expert’ judges to subjectively score a competition and nearly every

As a former owner of a XJ-12, I generally tell people to avoid them. Even though we got lucky in the few years we had it. No real problems except a steering column motor. I know that’s not the norm. I really did love the smooth power of that beast.

Now playing

It’s just easier if you watch this video. Basically, the virus needs both humans and mosquitoes to complete its lifecycle. HIV can not live inside of mosquitoes.

I had this exact experience a few years ago trying to order an STi for my wife. She knew exactly what options and color she wanted and was willing to wait a couple months for it to be built and shipped if needed. The dealer wanted nothing to do with me if I wasn’t interested in the single, used, STi they had on the

I think you mean upgrade them back to some F-4s. Some of my earliest memories are living on base and hearing those things thunder through the sky.

Did someone say bolt everything to an old Range Rover? That’s exactly what I did.

Weekend plans are pretty much the same thing every Memorial Day weekend.

I do it. I’ve had people get nervous when I bust it out. I’ve also had them expect it show me exactly where the OBD-II port was.
“The ad said no issues let’s see what the computer tells me.” Five minutes later my reader finally finishes downloading over a dozen codes that weirdly didn’t trigger the CEL. “Yeah, I think

I had a ‘91 Range Rover Classic(auto) and and ‘94 Defender NAS(manual) at the same time and offroaded both extensively. While the manual had it’s charm the auto is just as capable and easier to deal with tough obstacles that’d burn up the clutch in the 90.

Google Maps will only show major traffic issues in my experience. Waze shows all hazards(debris in road, stopped cars, construction, etc)along with speed cams, red light cameras, and speed traps. It’s especially great for long road trips as you’ll have notice way ahead of time of upcoming police.

I got to meet Stefan and spend a little time around him last year at the Lone Star LeMans, less than a month after his brother’s death. I wish him all the best in the race next weekend. He’s a good guy and is following in some big footsteps.

If you’ve taken off a wheel lay it down and slide it under the frame face up. If a jack fails it’ll keep your legs, or face, intact. Might mess up a wheel but it’s worth the price.

Told this to the salesman for the last car I bought. Also said they should not drill the bumper to put on a front plate. He understood and noted it very boldly on the delivery docs. When we went to the dealer for final inspection there was a garage monkey moments away from drilling into the front bumper of my wife’s

Have they finally learned to wear seatbelts? I didn’t see a single ejection. From watching their ‘drifting’ videos I assumed they just removed the belts from all their vehicles all together.

It does. Car make, model, color and license plate. Also a pic of the driver. Figuring out which one is yours is not a difficult task. I’ve never had a problem.

My wife got some private time with one last year to do a painting. It was one of her favorite cars to be around.

From some angles I get a very Hyundai Veloster vibe. And I don’t think I like it.
