I am unclear how anyone not employed by the government has a viable retirement plan in the year 2019. If the “older generation” could retire they probably would. That hasn’t been an option for a while now.

I learned on an 81 and it was objectively terrible. No other car I’ve ever owned got noticeably slower by adding a single passenger.
