I could do all except the coconut BMX. That’s seriously difficult. Can you please tell me how you get such a high score?

I got all 3 stars for the games except the tricycle one. That one is difficult although my best score is 2014. I also realized that there is a ball in the middle of the water. I managed to bounce on it once but cannot jump on the next one.
