Tell me! I’m a butcher so I’m curious. I can still get pork belly dirt cheap, and I haven’t seen marrow bones rise in cost the last 15 years. I think the rise in that price is due to butchers not being as prevalent as they were in the past. They have to get them precut and now pay a markup where I just cut them myself
