You do know though, that David Brock's operation is pretty much the same as what was shown on Homeland though, right? CTR and Shareblue very much exist and do exactly the kinds of work they're depicting.

Works both ways:
I thought the reverse CTR/Shareblue reveal at Max's new employer was pretty well done. Ripped from the headlines, sure, but I like how they did it.
Angela post-meeting with Whiterose at the lawyer lady's house: freaky.
"You're gonna wanna calm yourself and take that hand out of your pocket"
I kind of half-watched the last couple of episodes, because the ninja army/Stick/Elektra storyline was wearing on me, but did the Punisher's arc just kind of fizzle out? Should I go back and re-watch? Kind of feels like I missed something or there just wasn't much of him after a certain point.
So….Daryl was just winged I guess? The previous episode's ending just got completely glossed over…ok then.
With a whole single episode complete, the headline of the second episode review is "Daredevil dips in quality"? Just lol.
This Batman's suit makes him look like an adult human version of Lego Batman.
BARELY SPOILERY
If they can make a show for Jessica Jones to carry….
At this point in S2, I'm convinced of a few things:
Just lol at the frequent commentary in Jessica Jones' reviews that the fight scenes were as good or better than Daredevil's. Not even freaking close, sorry JJ fans.
Yeah, that makes sense. It is what it is…if no one cared to comment, so be it I suppose.
You can't dump any single one of these to free up some time to get back to Man Seeking Woman? Really? Limitless? Heck, I'd even sacrifice regular coverage of Brooklyn Nine Nine, and I like that show. Ceasing regular coverage of MvW just seems like a huge loss, TV Club.
FFS, TV Club….guest appearance by Fred Armisen as Jesus Christ, and you're no longer covering this show? This show absolutely deserves to be covered…at least as worthy or more so than half the shows that have reviews posted on your landing page currently.
An extremely late comment just to add: if you liked Narcos and can deal with the subtitles, Elite Squad: The Enemy Within is really good.
Yep. Has a few "meh" moments, but if you liked this, you'll like the first season on the whole as well.
Probably. Medical school just sounds funnier/simpler to make the joke. Pretty sure I stole that from some other show or movie, just part of the random pop culture flotsam and jetsam in my mind grapes.
*Ah-hem* That's Doctor Octopus to you. He didn't spend 8 years in medical school to be called "Mr."
