glad I'm not the only one who thinks that going after kirkman immediately after the swearing in is just ridiculous. You'd think a vast conspiracy could wait a few months. Or get their man into the cabinet and make HIM the designated survivor to bypass the whole kirkman thing. Or try to get their person chosen as

oh for fuck's sake.

seriously surprised that trump didn't tweet about rosie, I kept expecting to see that. Maybe when he needs a distraction.

I empathize with Lisa at the end, hearing hoover call it the "District of the Capitol" hurt my soul.

he's already saved the earth, started spreading human ideas throughout the universe and created his own culture of watermelons.

buy a house greg, before you freeze to death and leave steven to either live with the gems or get taken in by connie's family.

did jake die?

I swear, if there isn't some episode where Andy is in beach city and says hi to one of the frymans then what are we even doing here?!

there is going to be so much fan-art of andy with trump hats.

the one where granda marries selma was self parody at that point.

it's coming up on it's 27th episode? might have a typo there.

watched blazing saddles for the first time last month and it was kind of meh. Aside from the obscenities, the humor felt like a subdued episode of family guy or basically any other adult cartoon these days (without weed jokes ofc). Part shock, part commentary, part meta, part absolute disregard of basic continuity.

the glenn/dina dynamic is really great. She is definitely becoming the new dwight, whereas glenn is more like what Andy should have been when made the manager on The Office. Wishy-washy, manipulable, but not an absolute pushover, setting up a rigorous psychological game of cat and also cat.

maybe, although i stopped watching after a few seasons. thing is, secret agent nerd has a set status quo (mission of the week) and more room to grow (not limited to heaven, hell and flashbacks) than the good place does.

the sketch was pretty good, but not so much it deserves to take over the internet the way it has.

can't be worse than casual vacancy

when she finally gave him the file, i kept expecting it to just have pictures of cacti.

the writers and showrunners, etc, must have this thing planned out for seasons. to have a show without a set status quo, that's constantly changing things and upping the stakes would never succeed if they were making it up as they went along.
