there hasn't been gold in casterly rock for three years

yeah, it really felt like that movie didn't know what it wanted to be.

thanks so much for that spoiler

agree on hoping for a new title screen, but i like the new one (it did take a little time to grow on me). let's have one with peridot and maybe lapis in it.

if that's the case, then they're over-correcting. the recent run has had kind of a perfect fit reaching all age groups, with some shows like PPG and TTG for the younger kids.

Don’t get me wrong, i’d be happy for new episodes and it’s nice to have a schedule, but that’s too many at once. Worse, it feels like burning through episodes and with CN’s shenanigans of changing the second half of season 2 to season 3 makes it seem like they’re trying to end the show. Even if that isn’t what

there was a point where the house said it wouldn't revote which meant they would just stick with montez for the whole term.

a nice touch with jonah was the hippo, which is an actual weekly paper in NH.

season 4 was better, although i do think season 2 was the best. season 3 tried too hard to change the status quo and it didn't quite work.

did the helicopter scene, where it had to land, remind anyone else of seinfeld?

what might be the most interesting thing about this season is how it had to grapple with status quo. They essentially had 3 options, return to the status quo of the last two and a tenth seasons, with selena as president, do a return to the original status quo worth of silicon valley or blow up the very premise of the

it seemed like they were teasing possible ways for selena to invalidate montez' presidency. from the insinuation that she was born in mexico to martin ull's character saying he found the ballots and selena won. Always assuming that A it wasn't jyst senility or B one last insult to selena

that's for cancelling my name is earl!

eh, the michael j fox show never had much reason to exist other than seeing MJF again. it was nice to see him back, but that's not enough to base a tv show on.

so all that's left for av club to review on CN is steven universe, which is on whenever the roulette ball lands in 00. but don't worry, it's totes good for ratings. if they never air the show again, the ratings will go through the roof!

they said they were going to drop it, but never got around to it

how could they not see it? It was subtle at first, but they really ramped it up in the later seasons.

inapprops

the lasts eason was kinda bad, they flanderized a lot of characters. kahn's manic depression,, hank's mom being some wild woman, that social media lady who worked at strickland. these traits all came out of no where with very little background (except kahn being manic depressive may have been off handily mentioned

i love archer, but the last 3 seasons have been iffy. season 5 was great on subsequent watching, but was iffy during the initial run. season 6 feels kind of listless and 7 started strong, but finished weakly. not saying they shouldn't have renewed it, but now's clearly the time to start winding it down, unless they
