Well for starters, there are such things as credit card minimums and I personally don’t want to spend $5 extra dollars in an establishment just so I can swipe my card. When you have money, people go out of their way so you don’t have to spend it. When you’re broke, they squeeze every cent out of you
USAA (a bank that I, a civilian, joined during its short open enrollment period) will refund ATM feeds. I love them for this.
