No matter how capable, or how good the Boxster is and has become, it is always the, "not a 911" Porsche. People look at it and think, too bad that guy couldn't afford a 911. When for some people the car just makes more sense, easier to track, more sensible to drive on a daily basis, whatever the reason.

@Dred777: Lmfao. That is pretty good for a random plate. People love to try and figure out what "vanity" plates are, so when they see something that isn't jumbled numbers everyone looks, ILUVCOCK is usually a hit. It is actually kind of fun because it becomes sort of a traveling prank.
If they have an old car, and you have some lock pick skills, move their car constantly, usually just to the other side of the street, or park it facing the opposite way it was. Subtle things. One of my buddies growing up was pretty handy with a lock pick kit (not sure why...) and we used to to this to a friends old…

Making fake license plates saying inappropriate things is always fun. For example, print and laminate a "plate" of your state that says "ILUVCOCK" only put it on the rear of the car though, less likely they will see it, and more people will see the rear anyways.
