It’s definitely a possibility, but I feel like any simulation bait-and-switch would dramatically effect the impact of the overall narrative of the end of the season story.

Sure, but the actual bulk amount of time would have been less. The idea of the doctor spending minutes explaining things when he knew it would take years for Bill is monstrous. Whether she got converted sooner or later, he could have saved her a lot of wasted years pushing a mop.

Well done and well said. Also glad I wasn’t the only one. Seems an egregious oversight / error / eff up / whatever on Moffat’s part.

Am I the only one that was driven to distraction with anger at the fact that the Doctor - upon realizing the time displacement - felt the need to spend a full seven minutes or whatever on an explanation to the dumb people with him? Jump in the effing lift and tell them on the way down, you tool!

To be honest though, learning the *NIX command line is waaaay easier than on Windows. I could never understand how people could use command lines and be any sort of productive, but then after I got a Mac and starting running Linux servers, I realized that the command line on Windows is just terrible.

Why does no one want Legends to make any sense? Isn’t this the same blog who (rightfully) agreed the Transformers movies are a mess and have no right to exist. Yet in the same breath, the bonkers, over stuffed, poorly acted, plot hole mess that is Legends gets all the praise.

Please oh god let this stick, if the relationship is going to be the end game at least get Barry back to his old chipper self. I HATE The Flash when Barry is all down and mopey, that’s Olivers job damn it. The Flash is supposed to be the kinetic and upbeat one, not down in the dumps. The series works best when its

Or maybe the show should just not have a big bad for a while?

You should not be skeptical of science. You should, however, be entirely skeptical of science-sounding commercial promotion that is based on incomplete research that is not from a legitimate university-affiliated source or published in any of the many scientific journals that have an International Serial Standard

Science is perfectly fine, thanks. It’s the scientifically illiterate writers and “journalists” who parrot PR pieces or misinterpret (willfully or not) regurgitated abstracts to sell papers/magazines/views that are the real problem.

why would i want mint popcorn that sounds disgusting

“33" is still good.

Yer not the only one.

“CAN I BUY SOME OF YOUR HAIR? I HAVE SCISSORS. LET ME SEE HOW MUCH CASH MY CAMERA CREW’S GOT.”
Well, that ain’t creepy, not one bit.

The problem is that a Trump is a pile of shit, not a piece of shit.

I’m confused. Does CNN no longer report on facts anymore?
