Are you fucking kidding me? No. Strict constructionists don’t believe in a right to privacy outside the specific rights enumerated in the constitution, and with the fascist/authoritarian president picking the justices, it’s only going to get worse.  Not voting for Hillary was the stupidest mistake anyone who loves

I think in that case he would be guilty of obstruction for destroying evidence.  His best bet would be to just respectfully assert his 5th amendment right.

I think what people are concerned with is privacy rights.  Just because he had weed on him doesn't mean he forfeits his rights.

Thanks for not being a standard internet dick and owning a mistake.  I tip my hat to you for that.  A rare thing indeed.

Are you allowed to do that? Admit you were wrong on the internet? I didn’t know that was allowed. :)

The warrant for the phone may very well be legal, but he can’t be compelled to give up his passcode. They have a right to search the phone, but they have to hack it or find some other way in. That every SCOTUS so far would have held up. Probably not now though.

He doesn’t have to. He has the right to remain silent, which includes giving the police any information against himself. The warrant says they can search his phone, but they can’t compel him to give them his passcode. They would have to get in some other way.

I would say that he doesn’t have to unlock the phone and the Supreme Court would back that up, but you can’t count on the Supreme Court to do the right thing anymore. Fuck. This country is screwed.

Well, the nice thing about the volt is that it is a series hybrid as opposed to a parallel hybrid. The fact that it is always propelled by the electric motor means ti can go all electric and never use gas. But if you need it, it’s there. When I was working at paramount studios in Hollywood I was able to commute

No need. It has a smart fuel management system and it does something with tank pressurization. It knows how old the gas is and will give you a warning if you haven’t filled up in 12 months.  At that point it says you have 24 hrs to burn off the fuel and fill up.  After that it will start the engine to get it through

I get that, but that’s not what this article is about.  It isn’t scientific just the author’s opinion with a dermatologist thrown in who happens to agree partially with the writer.  This isn’t a scientific piece.  It’s an opinion piece.

Why do you need with sunscreen in enclosed spaces?

Then it just makes a mess inside a plastic bag and carrying a cooler around with me all day is a bit of an inconvenience, especially for something that doesn’t work as well. I’ll keep the spray.

Thank You!!! I though I was the only one... Seriously. Many species on Earth live symbolically with their environment due to their evolution to do so. They use only the resources they need and give back resources when they die. The circle of life and all. Of course that isn’t true for humanity or many other

First of all, I am as much as an expert in the use of sunscreen as the writer of this article (maybe even more so considering my every day experience with its use). Second, was your mentioning the fact that I work in the film industry in Los Angeles a crack at Hollywood?  As if to dismiss my opinion on spray

I was all like “WTF is a Marg?”  When I read the article, I was like fuck you use the whole word.  You sound like an idiot... assholes.

I see... When its liberals, its whining.  When its conservatives, they are fighting back.  The fucking disconnect is amazing with you people.

I thought about doing this as a service years ago only with biodiesel that I would make from used fryer oil in the area. California passed a law that made it illegal to store biodiesel in underground tanks and a delivery service would reduce the overhead of a standard filling station. I abandoned the idea years ago

While there are coolers at craft service for drinks, I don’t think people would appreciate me keeping my sunscreen in there. Having my own cooler nearby is a hassle if we have several company moves or even moving staging a few times. I’ve tried carrying a cooler for my lunch (when the caterer is bad or when I wanted

I work in the film industry in Los Angeles. We are out in the sun most days. I only use spray sunscreen. The non spray stuff never gets applied evenly, is hard to transport without leaking in my backpack, and can separate if left in the sun for too long. After I made the switch to spray sunscreen I haven’t had a
