Fringe hooked me during the gory denouement of the first scene of the pilot. I really came to love the show by its fourth episode, "The Arrival." My mind was blown by the season finale when they pull back from Olivia in William Bell's office and see that she's standing in the Twin Towers of the alternate universe.

How could they make another Atlas Shrugged and not The Girl Who Played With Fire?

If it's got most of the cast from the first movie returning, sign me up. I loved Michelle Rodriguez's character in it.

Don't even get me started on her "inspirational speech" towards then end…

Fancy that, Sandman movie concept art looking like the Sandman graphic novel. I mean, who needs to capture the iconic scenes from the graphic novel? Let's just rewrite it like they did World War Z.

To receive our overlords from beyond space and time.

Or possibly work with Fox to create it and share the proceeds? Unheard of? Unprecedented?

The fact that it conjured up my 10 year old self sitting there in absolute astonishment at a midnight showing that I begged my parents to attend and having tears roll down my face at the memory just makes it that more concrete for me.

That's right. I didn't let a doctor who I barely knew make a decision for my child without me knowing what was going on.

The question is, where are you doing your research? Have you actually talked to your child's (or any other) doctor about the vaccinations or do you show him the disdain your original post contains?

There's educating yourself and then there's the Internet. Those two things are not synonymous.

The same can be said for a certain old book…

The Silmarillion is actually my favorite book out of the whole Tolkien universe.

Because it's too hard to GOOGLE how to make things bold and italic on GAWKER MEDIA sites.

Frankly, I'm hoping they botched it enough to shelve the whole damn thing.

The book's start was very promising, but then it devolved about 2/3rds of the way through into some very clunky plot pushers.

Magnificooooo!

Every time I read a post filled with capitalized words, I feel like I'm reading a hidden message.

Unfortunately. There needs to be a license and an IQ test.
