Except that this ad wasn’t for any candidate running for office. This was Trump doing a commercial. This is easy to win against in a lawsuit. Great google search, but you’re clearly not a lawyer familiar with this application of law. NBC did have a choice in the matter. They chose to be complicit in racism. 

NBC either needs to turn down every advertisement for every candidate running for POTUS or they have to run that ad.

So true. Teams should try to find the next McVay, Reid, Pederson instead of next big player. Wrong coach is much more likely to kill your chances even with a great player. Of course, Aaron Rodgers is the exception to this rule.
