There are so many better bikes currently avaiable to don’t have carbs. This shoudl be a non-issue. Save the manuals, kill the carbs.

I weep for our future.

Millennials, man. Don’t get me started.

As a motorcyclist, I approve. And it’s true.

Nevermind their absolutely obnoxious and loud exhaust. Then there’s the whole rolling coal douchebaggery.

I can only give you one star, but please take all of them.

THANK YOU for putting tinted brake lights on the list. Quite possibly, THE stupidest mod done to any vehicle. Ever.

As a frequent back-in parker, I see no reason not to do this - as the situation warrants. In a busy lot? Sure, head in is the only way to go. Nothing wrong with backing in to a space. It makes getting out of the spot so much easier.

I came here to say just that. The WHOLE effing state is 55 and 65 for interstates. Awful. Eff you ODOT.

Agreed. Different isn’t always better, and this from a guy who owns an air-cooled Multistrada. If Buell was different AND better? Sure, it makes all the sense in the world.

Effing nailed. The best retort I’ve read. I want to give eleventy billion stars.

Zipper merging is a really hard concept for people to grasp.

This, to some respect. As motorcyclist on the cusp of marriage, it’s important to find a woman who will share in your passion of all things moto. To believe that once married, all new bike purchases are forgone is a little foolish. Man up, find a compromise and buy a damn bike.

Except that it doesn't. You know, details.

You must be talking about my former employer. They did just that, though it was easy to see.

Your latter two paragraphs nailed it. Portland - as refernced i the ad - is full of these image douche hipsters.

Le sigh, apparently. As a native of Portland, this makes me sad. Though if you’re to market to hispterdouches, I suppose you better give a nod to the epicenter of the hipsterdouche apocalypse.

Eww, fair enough. I was thinking more track days and less about racing, forgetting that at the local club level, things can get pretty gnarly.

Unless you're riding a sketch track, they run-offs are quite good and long, lessen the chance of a broken bone. It's the high side that can break something.

Quick shift is not required and many of those prices you quoted are new or MSRP. With some gumption, used race plastics can be had for a fraction of the cost.
