I saw RoS before it was released in the USA, and before checking social media, and I still didn’t like it. And I have been a fan since 1977.

Look, I’m not going to argue the merits or lack thereof of the new trilogy. There are some fundamental realities that signal the overall quality of each film that people choose to jump on or ignore, but it’s largely going to fall to the tastes of the individual viewer.

Star Wars films can never be accused of being great art, but they shouldn’t be boring. TLJ was dull as hell.

Hell, The Last Jedi was one of the best things to happen to this series in decades and people are still arguing about how it was actually bad.
