They do that all the time and are pretty blatant about it. How many times have we said, “Oh my God, I can’t believe they would do that!” only to turn away when it turns out to be slightly less noxious.

10 years seems like a really short sentence for murder.  But then I also thought judges did the sentencing and not juries.  Botham’s brother is a far better Christian than I am.  I don’t think I could be so forgiving.

If it was me, I would be hugging her as a subterfuge to grab a few loose hairs to add to a curse I might or might not be contemplating.

Even for people who have been out and proud for many years and have a fairly supportive family (like me) having my family watch Queer Eye and see the many facets of sexuality and personality and queerness and openness has really changed their views for the better.

I convinced my (also straight and white) husband to start watching Queer Eye and he came out of his computer room SOBBING. When I asked him what was wrong he could only manage to articulate “they’re so nice!!!”

It’s such a good show.
