Eyes don’t work based on FPS. Eyes work on changes in light. A study found that air force trained soldiers could notice and name a jet complete with visible loadout at up to 1/200 fps (with the other 199 frames being black/blank)

There is such as a thing as eye training. But yeah we notice changes in light, not

This is about the biggest load of BS I’ve heard all day, and today’s been absolutely full of BS. Many tests with fighter pilots have shown that human vision is sensitive to refresh rates WAAAAAAAAY higher than 60Hz/fps let alone 40. Go try out a 144Hz monitor for once before you spread this garbage, it’ll blow your

Quality physics.

Haha! Joke’s on you. 96.5% of the Earth is water, and you can’t see the amazing destruction humans have wrought in there!

Jason. This review is phenomenal. One of the best things Kotaku has ever done. *slow clap*

it would have remained relatively unknown had I not received an encrypted PGP message from the moniker “Master Control Program.”

It’s cause he uses an item that allows him to go through walls, he doesn't have to fight very often

how in the fuck

I think the game should penalize you for using characters as cannon fodder in some other way. Permadeath just leads to constant resets, which isn’t fun and actually limits your strategic thinking. You can also get caught up in the reset cycle to the point that you’ll make stupid decisions knowing that you’re probably
