Uh, a lot of action occurred in WWII. Going over the top, raiding your enemy's trench, city/street fighting... the story could be chilling.

You still show that you don't completely understand contracts. What you mentioned is a 'default' clause. Anytime you license something, there will be some sort of buyout clause. They are different.

You don't understand contract law, do you? There is, most definitely, a clause that would allow Marvel to buy out the contract at any time. And if there's not, then Marvel and their lawyers were really stupid.

They own the rights. They've licensed them out. They could buy out those contracts, hence buying the rights back. It's not like Disney doesn't have the money.

Using the triggers and shoulder buttons as modifiers (sorta like ALT and CTRL) gives you 22-30 hotkey options, depending. It actually works very well.

I played Champions Online with a 360 controller years before FFXIV was released. And it works probably better, imho.
