lmao, not in the US.. this is the country where Verizon used a HURRICANE as a reason to stop supporting their copper plant in the NE, forcing customers to use an inferior wireless product for phone and internet... something they could cap and charge overages on and that wasn't supported by union workers.

How is it limited when compared to digital?

My son is 9. He has no issues with getting up to change the game disc, or movie. So I guess these young people are just impatient.

Physical media is dying because of content producers, not people. They're pushing it because they get more profit from it.

Uh, a lot of action occurred in WWII. Going over the top, raiding your enemy's trench, city/street fighting... the story could be chilling.

It has so much sci-fi potential, and yet the story is going to just be a piss-poor backdrop for a bunch of giant, pointless set pieces, lots of excess, and sub-par FPS gameplay.

I agree that it won't happen due to cost. I just wish they would.

Is that how Zenimax does it? Square was pretty awesome about it.. you didn't have to put in any billing info to play your free 30 days.

You get ARR for free. And it's a much better game than 1.0 was.

You are still completely failing to understand. You say 'Marvel can't get the rights back...' but that is patently false. They simply have chosen to not buy out the contract. If they went to Sony with the money (which is already stipulated in the contract at the time of signing - probably not an exact number but

WHOA wall of text.

Any "rights deal" is a licensing contract. And there would be a buyout, but it would probably be pretty expensive.

You still show that you don't completely understand contracts. What you mentioned is a 'default' clause. Anytime you license something, there will be some sort of buyout clause. They are different.

Intolerance of intolerance is actually hypocritical. Everyone has a right to their own personal opinion so long as they do not allow that opinion to affect their actions. It is the place of the tolerant to, well, tolerate those differences in thought while guiding those people toward a better worldview.

If Marvel/Disney decided to exercise their buyout of the contract, Sony wouldn't have much choice.

You don't understand contract law, do you? There is, most definitely, a clause that would allow Marvel to buy out the contract at any time. And if there's not, then Marvel and their lawyers were really stupid.

They own the rights. They've licensed them out. They could buy out those contracts, hence buying the rights back. It's not like Disney doesn't have the money.

The problem is that we can't measure these animals' intelligences properly. Also, to what are we comparing their intelligence? Dogs are smarter than cats... when compared to what? Each other? How can you prove that?

You can't. You're comparing the intelligence of dogs and the intelligence of cats to the

Using the triggers and shoulder buttons as modifiers (sorta like ALT and CTRL) gives you 22-30 hotkey options, depending. It actually works very well.

I played Champions Online with a 360 controller years before FFXIV was released. And it works probably better, imho.
