Data capping really isn't part of the net neutrality debate, Jason. It was a completely different beast. What's at stake here is the non-descrimination of data as it passes over the internet, like with your Netflix example, or your Sony/Microsoft examples. Also, the internet as we know it is safe for the time

In some ways, this will be bad news. Sony will one day be launching a service that streams emulated PS1, PS2 and PS3 games onto more modern devices, and that's a service that it wants to make money on. Normally the defence for playing emulated games is that they're no longer available; if Sony can stream you old games

This is actually kinda funny because, well, I know more bronies than I do girls who like MLP, and I know tons of little girls who are mad Skylanders players.

They completely screwed Cyclops over in the X-Men trilogy. They turned him into a totally insecure, whiny asshole. He had more total screen time in Superman Returns.

I think it would be more 'hardcore' to play the game with a REDUCED encounter rate. Why? Because you'd be at a huge disadvantage in boss fights, as opposed to +100% rate where you'd be over-level for boss fights, making them easier for you.

Random fact (for comparison's sake): That key weighs as much as ONE of the original World Trade Center towers.

...but they're lagging terribly behind the PS4 in sales, and by the time September rolls around, the divide will be even greater. I'm not ragging on the X1, because I plan on getting both the PS4 and the X1 at some point, but Microsoft is definitely suffering in their first year.

Uh, in the 1980s video game magazines used to give tips and tricks. Now they're all just about previews, reviews, and one-upping each other on exclusive announcements.

Did you read the part where I said 'very often' as a qualifier? It happens, but very rarely.

In my opinion, 'Permission' shouldn't be allowed. It's false advertising. Admittedly the packages do say 'flavored cream' and 'ARTIFICIALLY FLAVORED,' but I'm sure the commercials don't point that out.

Huh, I guess I watch television for different reasons. I don't engage in social chatter about television very often.

Exactly. This system just naturally drifted to consoles, where there wasn't much point to it. If you notice, with the gradual decline of arcades, these old fashioned systems have gone away.

Castlevania 4 was Super Castlevania on the Super Nintendo, which had a password system.

Nah, games are different now. Plus, death is sorta part of the game. What you call 'ruthless' isn't an actual challenge. It's a completely artificial way to make things games difficult.

Well, sucks for you that you're impatient and can't wait. Or you can go pay $2 and buy the episode the next day on Amazon Instant Video.

This actually wasn't a hateful ignorant comment. Just an observation.

"The target is either 1080p non-anti-aliased or 900p with FXAA."

Ha. It's not bad, but it does a Sci-Fi no-no (that lots and lots of Sci-Fi authors and artists are guilty of): Those planets are so close together that neither of them would be livable because they'd be tidally locked and likely tearing each other apart in their slow march toward orbital collision.

Why is this a spoiler? It's a story-less multiplayer-only game.

I only pay $8/month to watch shows on Netflix without commercials.
