I found the 57 degrees to be an odd number, no pun intended, until I figured out that a 57 degree angle creates an arc length that is 99% of the distance from the TV.
@techtech: Personally I think it is great. I can read iPhone love on Engadget and iPhone dislike/hate on Gizmodo. I can then form my own opinion rather than just reading what brushes my ego.

@Les Mikesell: I run Opera 10.54 for weeks at a time with at least two windows each with anywhere from 5 - 15 tabs open and it is very stable.
One of the criticisms of introducing technology is that it can make it not affordable for all countries to have the same experience in their leagues.

I can see FaceTime/video calls being useful sometimes. However it seems to be disconnected from the way communication has been progressing recently.

@I, Opener: Oh, that brings back memories. I spent a lot of time with my Construx sets. Though the biggest flaw with them was that the large plastic rods would often crack and would not longer grip very tightly.
