The draft pick is nice compensation, but there is a lot of risk and time involved going that route. Any team, in general, would rather trade for impact players close to the majors than potential impact players years away, thus the hot stove chatter.

In 2000 I was a 19 year old, and used to take my 1991 Chevy S-10 (2-wheel drive, 2.8 V6 horrible engine, manual) out on the dirt roads between neighborhoods in San Diego. Most were easy fire roads and agricultural access roads, but some were seriously overgrown and rarely used.

On an unfamiliar road along a hillside I

Yeah, it seems like this seller is being a price Ascender. i-Mark my words that he won’t find many buyers at that level.

“But Nicole, I could come by afterwards...”

I really wonder who’s agenda this article serves. ESPN is a puppet and puff pieces like this must come from somewhere. Or is this just a reminder that ESPN cares deeply about having strong Christian values? The “Do you?”’s and constant proclamation of the quality of his character sounds like missionary speak 101.

“I bought 100 of these; 1 for every base I steal.”

Once every 4-6 weeks?

60-70 lbs is generous. I’d give him 100 - 120. Reminder for any level of trolling... this is a child. Physically, mentally, emotionally. Teaching them violence is the answer doesn’t bode well for our future.

Big nope. They had me until I saw the read window was vertical. The window needs to follow the lines of the side pillars.

I illegally watched this fight on a Russian YouTube page last night. I like both fighters, I love the yoke of their confidence and public personas, and agree that their futures in the UFC are both very bright, although probably a lot brighter for McGregor at 145 - 155 than at 170.

But there was a turn... coming out of

There were two guys in my high school who were both 5'10" or 5'11" that could dunk. They seemed like freaks of nature, but I’m pretty sure one of the best athletes in the world is at least a similarly freakishly good athlete as two average high school kids.

Odds he could put on a show dunking: Very high.

Great, so where’s the video of her getting plunked? Oh... is that not the point here? Shit.

I’m pretty sure Barry lit the tires to the best of his ability at 17:45. If I was the president and given the chance to drive a ‘63 split window vette, that’s my first more too. GIve no chance of stalling or lugging it away, come out full steam like a boss. Nicely done, Mr. President.

Because May and Clarkson always looked so cool? The show’s producers, directors and stylists will set up their characters in a non-unintentional way, hopefully in a way that appeals to her own personal style and not your sexist ideals.

“with the blast shield down, I can’t even see! How am I supposed to fight?!?!”

I think the Red Sox should go full Yankees (or Dodgers if you prefer) and sign Grienke too. I mean, that offense is locked in for a while and only getting better (Moncada over Panda eventually). Kimbrel is only going to decline. Price seems like he works well with anyone who likes to compete. Stack up some Aces and

If any politicians out there want to come up with a pretty simple way to restore the middle class, it’s to heavily subsidize child care. Write a blank check for families to enroll their kids in approved/certified centers. This would put 20% of my post-tax income back in my pocket.

Also Boston metro area, and we have paid/pay in the range of $1,700 - $2,600 per child, per month. The one year we had both in daycare we paid over $40,000 on childcare alone (10 months of the year), which was a tick above the 1/3 threshold of our annual salaries.
