I'm not sure this point is really worth making... Sure, 8 characters isn't enough if your password is like "fall2010", but not if it's completely randomized.
Do we really need a video to tell us how to do this? I've been wrapping cables like that since I was like 6 with my NES controllers...

try curtains. Block the sun from heating up the place. I crack the windows and pull the curtains...
@927emptyU: Might be worth your time to do a Google search for how to tunnel VNC through SSH if you want the connection to be secure. GoToMyPC is a good commercial option.

I'm playing around with this. It needs an OR, or is the AND functionality like OR. For example group emails from @work or @coworkers to Label
There are a few tweaks I'd like to see (more customization options perhaps?) and I've seen a few one-off bugs here and there, but overall its been great.
I mainly lurk on this website but I figure I'll give this thing a try:
