But for every bit of real, accurate news that IS broken first on Twitter, there are a thousand pieces of misinformation that are immediately RT'd by people who were't appropriately skeptical.

I don't think you read my posts. I'm not in favor of intervention in North Korea. I was saying that intervention and non-intervention both have significant negatives, and very few positives.
Also, China doesn't want tens of millions of uneducated, half-starved refugees streaming into their country.
It is entirely inappropriate to attempt to compare our prison system with that of North Korea or China.
I agree that the best solution is to withdraw foreign aid. Internal collapse is the only thing that can bring down Kim, and now we're just propping him up.
