Hell, if you have an iPhone or iPad, you can read this same damn article today posted in Apple News without a goddamn slideshow right now.

“Not gory.” LOL, ok.

I have enjoyed all your posts, but I don’t know if I can condone what amounts to unwarranted libel on the fantastic vegetable that is Kale. It is, in my opinion, superior to spinach in every way (except in a smoothie).

Even after the cream and butter, I still wanna add some grated Romano, because cheese.

I had room in my kitchen design for a stand mixer shelf that’s on a spring loaded mechanism and lifts out of a lower cabinet. I’m so glad I did it. If you’re ever doing a reno have have room, go for it.

My rice cooker probably should be in a cabinet. My Instant Pot already lives on a round cart from Target. Maybe I could see putting away my toaster. No way in HELL am I moving my stand mixer regularly.

Things like blenders, stand-mixers, juicers, bread machines, electric can openers, and even toasters if you’re not using them every morning should be put away.

Stopped reading at “the shredded cheese.”

I don’t see “give toddler coffee and sharpies” then keep them from writing on the wall as an option.

I find YouTube walking tour videos make using a treadmill much less monotonous. I personally enjoy the ones walking through amusement parks such as Disney World. The sights are interesting and the crowds offer ample people watching. Some even have random facts that come up so you can learn something while walking.

Scales, no matter what they measure, do not really need to be very accurate. They need to be precise. As long as you see trends (up or down) is what you really need to care about. So the fat percentage number is not accurate but very few things are. But as long as it is precise than you can use the trends to help

Stuff like this is about control. More and more of our lives are tied to our digital tools. Your phone used to only be for calls, so if you didn’t want calls you would just put it away. Then it was used for calls and texts, so putting it away meant no calls or texts. Now your phone is used for a thousand things, and

I just went way specific and told myself to stop eating the easily identifiable crap like cookies, cake, ice cream, and not eating 2lbs of trail mix every night. No desserts. No sugar in coffee. No soft drinks or Coke Zero or any of that bullshit too. No fruit juice.  It was way easier than I thought and I feel and

“Sounding suspicious as hell”, “not trusting banks”, and “raising red flags for random internet commentators” is not, as far as I’m aware, any legal test for the seizure of assets.

I did this once with green olives, which I used to find revolting. I just kept eating one a day until I developed a taste for them.

Most people aren’t sociopathic enough to succeed in sales.

Nah, 100k is a real mental “I made it” amount of money for a lot of folks — consider that the national median income is $36k (based on the first google result I just looked at). No one read this article and thought “they’re probably making a list of $900,000 jobs.”

I have no worries:

Also I grab one at a time, the one they give me. I have a collection from a whole bunch of different bars!

Yeah don’t take the fancy ones, but they are going to throw out the cheap cardboard ones after you use them. Also they usually want you to take them, which is why they put their name on them (it’s free promo!)
